Format:
The event will be capped at 16 players maximum to keep it manageable. The tournament will be a Swiss tournament. There can be up to 4 rounds to determine a single champion, And we encourage everyone to play them out. But we can accept drops when the mental load is too heavy, or people have additional duties they need to attend to. (excluding undefeated people). We want to be as inclusive as possible and leave option for people to go home to early.
Match-ups
Pairings for the first round will be random but we’ll try to not pair members of the same gaming clubs. This is based on the information on Longshanks. Make sure to complete the correct information.
Winning the event
The winner is determined at the end of the last round, according to the following criteria:
- The player with the most Tournament Points (TP) will be the winner.
- In case of same TP at the top, the tie breakers are:
1) Top table
2) Strength of Schedule (SoS)
3) Margin of Victory (Mov)
Roster composition
The current banned and restricted list which is in effect and also the rotated TTC cards. All models released to the public at date of the tournament will be legal. If you have a question regarding this please contact the TO. For this event we are restricting the use of third party dice. Please use the official AMG dice for all your rolls. List submission (MCT codes) into longshanks would be a week prior to the event at (09/05/2026) The list will display on Thursday evening before the event (14/5/2026).
For new(er) players: you can create a MCT code by using “Jarvis Protocol” (there are otherwebsites/apps). If you need help contact the TO or ask other players.
Models & Proxy
• Proxy models are allowed in the tournament. Alternate model sculpts will be allowed in
such that the alternate model is easy recognizable on the table for a bystander (When in
doubt contact the TO with a picture beforehand.
• As not all models are readily available from AMG for purchase we will allow alternate
model sculpts in such that the majority of your force are the original models and the
alternate model is easy recognizable on the table for a bystander (When in doubt contact the
TO with a picture beforehand)
Painting requirements
Rosters do not have to be fully painted in order to participate in the tournament. But as we all agree, painted models do look much more appealing than the grey ones.
